  1. Understand the root cause. Ask "why" until your brain hurts. Uncover a hidden truth about yourself and become a better person because of it.

  2. Weaponize it. Use your jealousy or anger as intense motivation to achieve something big.

  3. Enjoy the ride. Find a healthy way to release your emotions, then full send it. Punching pillows or crying works great. Catharsis is helluva drug.

Treat negative emotions like opportunities! This makes them a bit easier to deal with.
